Hello, 

My plan includes 2000 Long Distance Mins (China + HK), but I still got $87.5 for 24 mins of airtime charges.

That should be included in the plan and should not be charged separately.

And I’m oversea can not get a free call back, anybody help?

Or any one have Koodo’s customer service email address?

So that long distance add on is for when you are in Canada making a call to China or Hong Kong.

Not for when you’re in China or Hong Kong making calls. That would be considered roaming, not long distance.

ROAMING  IS NOT LONG DISTANCE:

The long distance package you have added to your plan as you mentioned above can only be used in the Canadian territory to call the country mentioned in the package from Canada only. If you are using your phone outside of Canada, that’s considered ROAMING and not LONG DISTANCE because you are using your phone in a different network which is not Canadian.
