I want to change plan, but can't go through from website, no button change click

What happens when you click the up arrow next to the perk and then try to scroll down?

Can you try to use a different browser?

no space to scrool down. the scroll is full . I used chrom, it’s most popular browser.

you can check the picture , on the right, the scrool is full.

I changed the brower, it’s same issue.

 It’s very easy acturely , I don’t understand what are you talking about.  

1. Are you logged into to the community with your self serve account?
2. What plan did you want to change to?
3. What perk did you want to select for your plan?
