So my old sim card had a very old phone plan, and I recently upgraded to a new phone plan which required a new sim card that was mailed to me. Under my self serve, I now have two phone numbers associated with my account. How do I keep my old phone number and associate it with the new sim and phone plan?

I tried doing the “change your SIM card” but I get an error message as a result

If you added a new line to your account instead of upgrading your current line, you created an account with 2 numbers. It isn't the normal way that you should follow to upgrade your phone/plan.

As of now, due to the system restrictions, you can't simply "switch" phone number from one line to another. If you would like to do so, you will have to port the old number out to another Koodo prepaid or another carrier and port it back to the new line.
