After I updated my plan I am unable to add my free perk which is unlimited long distance pack for 27 country.

this has been a common problem lately. Can you check and see if you’re able to add a different perk? If you’re, from there are you able to change to the long-distance perk pack? If not let me know.
As suggest by Oliver C I tried different perk then switch back long distance perk it worked. Thank you for the fast reply all of you guys.
