How to stop a Koodo plan

Hi, I changed from Koodo to another company and I would like to stop my plan. How can I do that?

You don't have to do anything with Koodo. If you move your number to another company, your Koodo service should be automatically cancelled.

If you don't move your number, then you have to go here www.koodo.com/chat and type “i want to cancel”.
