@CDel Log into your account and go to Manage Subscriptions. Click ‘manage’ and follow the easy steps.

Like any subscription it has a monthly cycle. So you will continue to have access to the content until expiry.  Then sign up for the ad-supported version. And since you are an existing Koodo customer you will receive an ongoing $5 discount on Stream+.
