How do I add a Roaming package to my account?

How do I add a Roaming package to my account? I follow the instructions on the website and it says I have to press the “add to plan” button but I do not see one.

Hi there, @Michael Newhook .   You will need to add 4 different add-ons in your Self serve. :)
