How do I activate the two week US Roaming plan?

I have tried to activate it 4 times. I get told I paid for more data. I am being charged daily rates which are exorbitant. I received a message that it was fixed, but it isn’t.

To confirm, how did you try to activate the pass was it by texting 7626 or did you add it via self serve? Some have found the texting method to work over adding it through self serve. This has been an issue lately regarding the travel passes that Koodo has been looking into. When you check your plan add ons do you see the pass there? If you don’t I suggest you reach out to a rep through Koodo expert messaging to see if they can add the pass. If they are unable to, let us know.

Is it showing on your Self-Serve account? If so, you should be fine.

Only add the travel pass through the texting method.  This is what I tell my family members and friends.

 

Koodo should really deactivate the self serve method until it is fixed
