I desperately need a call back asap. When I spoke to an agent, they told me one thing and now that I have travelled internationally, I am getting text messages that say the opposite. I need a call back asap and the Assist will not allow me to get one. Please someome call me asap. I am not paying fees for this travel because the agent originally told me I would be able to use my phone as normal.
