Help! Multiple orders under the same email but account numbers are different. How to put them all under the same account number??

Hi. I have recently switched to Koodo and have ordered 3 monthly plans for me and a couple of relatives. I used the exact same email and shipping details for each order but on the receipts, they each show a different account number.  On my actual self-serve account (I made this only after making the orders) it only shows one plan. How do I put all of the plans under this one account number and if possible, how do I cancel my order before the sims ship?? Please help, thanks!

Typically, you would have to wait for one account to be activated first, then you can add additional line to it. If you add each line individually, a Koodo rep might have to intervene and manually activate them for you. Let me flag a rep to look into it.

Also, did you activate them using physical SIM or eSIM?

Yes, each line is going to have their own account number when you order it online. You may need to do a transfer of ownership if you want to put everything in one account. There will be a fee of $75 for each line. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/transfer-of-ownership-town

We have looked into it and we see indeed only one line on the account that we identified based on your community profile.

Just to double check, are all three lines under the same name? Please do not post personal details here as it is a public forum.
