Free perk not updating

I am trying to update my free perk on my 6*******47 number to 3 day roaming US and even though it seems to go through, it doesn't actually update on my account. Can someone help please?

    Hello ​@vanorapeter  We tried to add it from our side and we experienced the same issue. We have submitted a request form in order for the 3-Day Easy Roam US perk to be added to the number ending in 47 as part of the included perk in your plan. 

    The change can take around 3 Business days to update. You can also check the Self Serve account in order to make sure that it is added within that time-frame.
