I have a $5 add on for 1 gb. They gave me a 25 gb add on for $0.00. If I cancel my $5 1 gb add on will they remove my free 25 gb?

No, this would not affect the other $0.00 25GB add-on. The only thing that may change your eligibility for promotional add-ons is if you switch your plan to a different one.
If you want peace of mind, when you go to remove the add-on, at the last step it will show you a summary of changes that will occur. The only thing you should see is that the $5 1GB add-on is being removed. 🙂
