Easy roam

I signed up for easy roam pass in UK but it is not showing on my account After I signed upKoodo said I was good to go.  I've landed and have no service. 

I received a text message saying I've added more data and my data was no longer paused. Don't know what that means.

Just to get something straight, do you have service or you don’t? When did you receive the text message saying I've added more data and my data was no longer paused? Also, have you activated a travel pass or a Easy Roam?

I signed up for easy roam travel pass 14 day version.

I'm currently on airport wifi. I have no service and the 'purchase' does not show as an add on on my account.

I received that text after the 'purchase'.

We have managed to add the Travel pass for you on the line ending in *92, please restart your phone and let us know if it works!
