Hi! I thought I would reach out here before I make an attempt at trying to contact customer service. I will be travelling for the 2022 Christmas holidays and I have Easy Roam added on to my plan but I'm not quite understanding how it works. When you have it added on to your plan, do you still have to pay for the $15/day fee? Or once you have Easy Roam added to your plan you don’t have to pay? Or is the $15/day fee only if you don't have Easy Roam added to your plan and you are using pay-per-use? If someone could answer my question(s) here without me having to contact customer service that would be greatly appreciated!

Regarding the $15/day fee, you only have to pay that fee when you roams. If you stay in Canada and add it to your account, you won’t be charged for it..
