Is it possible to change my plan so I am paying less? I have way too much data that I will ever use. Currently on $55 50 GB plan postpaid.

Which plan are you trying to downgrade to? If it is one of the starter plans, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep. https://Koo.do/Chat
The $45 6 GB plan would work for myself.
