Hello, 

I signed up for Stream + in April. I followed instructions and linked up my existing Netflix and Amazon accounts. All are activated and I double checked to see Prime plan shows up as partner billed to Koodo. I've now been double charged for Amazon in April and in May. How to fix this issue and get refunded for being charged twice?

have you attempted to discuss this with Amazon customer support yet? As they will be the ones who are responsible for refunding any amounts that were billed by Amazon, even through a third party.
