disney plus wants subscription

Disney plus login has worked for months, now wants to complete subscription when trying to login. No new devices. Self serve still says launch not activate. How do I fix this.

Has there been any changes to your stream+ plan? 

 

Are you on Stream+ Basic or Premium?

No changes to the account. It’s been stream plus premium for almost a year with no issues.

Have you tried to update the app? 

How about logging out of Disney+ and then relaunching from koodo self serve? 

 

I have a similar issue with CBC gem today. 

 

I have also seen another post about Disney+ but I don't think it was resolved yet.

I’ve tried the login in 4 different devices. All have started with being logged out. It’s like it reset and removed me from everything, even the main device that stays logged in was logged out. I then went through Koodo self serve under launch and it still takes the email and password but only comes up with the option to complete subscription.

Do you still have your Stream+ Confirmation email from when you first signed up?  If so, can you click the activate link?

The original email activation link takes me to the Koodo self serve which just has option to launch, which still brings up same complete subscription screen.

At this point I suggest reaching out to Disney+ or you can request a callback via koodo assist
