Hi everyone,

I added Visual Voicemail to my account this evening. I also have Premium Voicemail as my free perk which includes Instant Voicemail.

After adding V/Voicemail, I am still getting Instant Voicemails. Can this be removed from my account or do I need to remove Premium Voicemail?

If the instant voicemail was a part of the perk, you would have to remove the perk to get rid of it. That could be done in selfserve.
