Data struggles to load websites & apps without the speed boost perk, I have a 5G plan

Koodo actually plans to increase the speed cap of 5G plans to 1Gbs

On a 5G speed plan the speed comes from the plan itself, so moving the perk away from speed boost shouldn't be what's slowing your data down https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/data-speeds

Which phone are you using, and how many bars of signal when it struggles? If you run a speedtest outdoor, what download speed do you get? I would also recommend resetting the network settings of the phone to see if that can help.

How is the connection in your local area? Have you tried using your phone somewhere else to see if you are getting the same speed? Did you insert the SIM card into another device to see if you can replicate the issue?
