I have a basic monthly plan. My plan’s data ran out (200 MB) . I got a text that data was paused with options to top up. I texted 21YES to get 1GB data, but internet still didn’t work. I checked self serve (using a different device)  and I can see now have 1.2 Gb with only 200 MB used. However I also noticed a message saying data was paused and I can unpause by selecting an option. I selected again to buy 1GB (this was half an hour after the initial top up). A few minutes later on the self serve I see that I am back to only 200 MB and all used up. Later, I chatted with the Kodoo robo chat thing, and it told me my data was paused and I could top up. I told it to top up for me 1 GB. It said it did it. I checked self serve and looks like I have 1.2 GB. But still when I try to go on the internet it does not work and I keep getting a text saying my data is paused and I can top up. Please help,

Restart your phone and see if they gets your data to work
