Data Roll Over Perk not working online


Changed plans and under “choose perk”, it already had the data rollover checked.  Accepted and went back to see new details, but highlighted line “no perks selected” was seen on the account.  Did the whole exercise again but found the same result.  This seems to be an ongoing problem with Koodo from what I’ve read.  So how do I get my new plan to include the data rollover perk??

Hi ​@DJ Exeter We have looked into it and we can confirm Rollover data is correctly provisioned to your line. You should be able to see it listed under Mobile services.

Did the plan change work successfully?

Is the issue with just the perk change?

Which plan did you change to?

Did you check and confirm that the plan you changed to includes data rollover as an included perk option? Some perks are limited to certain price points.

Plan change seemed to go through and I had a notice via email to confirm.  Checked online at the account and noted that the ‘perk’ was listed as ‘not selected’.  Went into the self serve, selected the perk of rollover, checked and unchecked and checked again to ensure, entered...but no joy.  Still sits there as ‘not selected’.

New plan was the $44, 80 Gig and shows a perk included as part of the package.

OK.  Flo, thanks for the work.  My account now shows the perk.  Must have been a delay or maybe I’m just a silly newb.   Anway, “all is well and we is happy again”.  Cheers!

Sometimes there can be a 10-15 minute lag time for changes to show as changed.
