Data in US not working

my existing koodo plan supports calls to and fro US and Mexico. This means it allows me to use all the minutes, text and date included in my current plan from Canada. However, here in US, its showing connected to AT&T but still not really connected. My calls or my data are just not working. Not sure what settings should change that on my iPhone. Please help.

Finally issue resolved. My roaming was not enabled on my cell phone. Turned it ON and it worked.

  1. Did you enable data roaming and VoLTE on your phone?
  2. When you sign in to your self serve and check your plans and add-ons, do you see the free International Voice Roaming and Data Roaming add-ons?  If not, I suggest adding Easy Roam to your account as that will provision these add-ons on.

I am aware you mentioned you have the US-M-CA plan.

It should mean things should work.  But since it doesnt, it means some kind of glitch may have happened.  Hence why I am asking you to check if these add-ons are there of it for some reason they were missed due to a glitch.  It only takes a minute to check.

To be clear, I am not expecting you to pay to roam in the US with Easy Roam or Pay per use roaming rates if you have the US-M-CA plan.  I am just trying to ensure you have the correct add-ons that enable roaming to be allowed.

Please go through each of my recommendations again on your phone and in self serve to see if any of these will correct your issue
