Data Block Usage Question

Does toggling the add‑on on/off during the paid month create extra charges?

They typically charge you for the days you use. However, adding and removing an add-on multiple times isn’t recommended. Someone reported that the system didn't allow them to add it back on the same day it was removed (if I recall correctly)

When I removed an add-on ( long time ago), I couldn't add it back within the same billing cycle through self-service. You needed to contact Koodo to do it. Then they want to charge you for that service. 

It was a long time ago, so the system might be changed...
