so i just switched to a plan with 20gb a data, and i had no data before this, why wont it work? do i have to wait till the new billing cycle for it to go through?

Try restarting your phone.

When you login to your self serve do you see a data block add-on?

 

Do you have data enabled on your phone? Doea it have a data limit setting? If so can you increase that limit? 

And check your APN settings are correct.

i have restarted my phone and still nothing,  i went into add ons, and the only thing i saw was ‘Data Block with Picture Message’ 

when i go into cellular, it says cellular data is on.

im not sure what im doing cause ive never had data before


@sock Indeed the data block on the account was preventing you from data use. I see you have removed it so all should be fine now! I see some data usage on your line already.
