Both my wife and I purchased EUR30 travel passes on the self-service site a few days before we travelled. However, there is no confirming email or record of it anywhere in transactions. I read that the moment we roam in Europe, there will be an entry made on transactions charging us the $60 on the first day of use. However, we made landfall in Paris early on April 2nd, but there is no record of data use on the 2nd or 3rd, nor any entry in add-ons or transactions, even though we have turned on roaming and have been using it extensively. How do I confirm that EUR30 is active so I do not find out after my return that I was charged the daily EasyRoam International rate instead of the EUR30 travel pass rate?

We have looked into it and we can confirm the Travel Pass has been added yesterday and we do see the attempt to add it at the end of March. We have reviewed the pending usage but we dont’ see charges for Easy Roam daily fees, however, in case you notice any charges for these past days once the bill is ready, please let us know here.
Thank you for sharing the screenshots regarding data usage. We have checked and we don’t see any data purchases on your line ending in *25, however we do see the notifications on our end too. We will forward this to the support team for further investigation.
For your wife’s account, if she can start a separate post here on the community (by logging in via self serve), we can also look into it.
