So I tried activating the $159/year prepaid plan for my mom who is with Telus prepaid. Unfortunately it will not accept any of the my credit cards including hers as it wants the 16 digit number to have no spaces. Attempting to erase spaces screws up the whole number.
Anyone have a workaround?
No going to a Kiosk is not an option for me..
+4Just to confirm you are on the right page, prepaid activation is done here https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/en/on/prepaid/koodo/consumer/activation and it takes the 19 digit SIM number.
For the card field, I would type the 16 digits in manually instead of pasting or using autofill, and try a different browser or an incognito window. As well, are you in Canada and not using a VPN?
