Why was I charged for an Add-on that I didn't add? I would like the charge to be reversed.

Hello,

Yes, I see it now, and removed it....$3 for 1000 int minutes...I missed this and was charged for a number of months.

Going back, I noticed this add-on was free, then expired and renewed with a $3 charge, without notification.

If you go back to your detailed PDF ebill when it was last free, there wwould have been a notification in the pdf ebill that stated the upcoming price increase for that add-on.

I looked at the PDF bills before and after and there was no notification about an upcoming charge or explanation.

June 14 - July 13 is the current cycle.

Plan is active.

Oops sorry my last reply was for another post.

 

I looked at the PDF bills before and after and there was no notification about an upcoming charge or explanation.

If you look more closely only the last page you should see a mention of a price increase prior to the increase.  It is in the fine print but it is there

You are right.  I found it, very fine print.  The add-on was included in the package and not specifically ordered; buyer beware.

An easy money grab by Koodo....shame on you Koodo.
