Changed Plans, Removed Data Add-On, Data Removed from Base Plan

Previous Plan:

100 MB data

Add-on: 250 MB for $2/month

Changed Plan to:

2 GB data

After I verified the plan changed in my account I checked my usage: 0 / 2GB

I then noticed the 250 MB add-on was still on my account. Since I don’t need that add-on anymore and no longer want to be charged for it, I removed it. 

After I verified the add-on was removed I go to usage and it shows: 0 / 1.7GB

It looks like removing the add-on after changing my plan incorrectly removed data from the base plan of 2GB. Obviously, I would like my data to be set back to 2GB as per my plan and not be charged the $2 for the 250 MB.

@Robert Everything you have done worked as expected.  One thing to keep in mind that you changed plans ~5 days after your bill cycle. So for the next 25 days the data included for this month is prorated. Hence the 1.7Gb. Of course from the next month onwards the 2Gb will be there for you to fully use. I hope this helps to add some context.

It appears it was all just timing. The available usage got updated with the prorated GB around the same time I removed the 250 MB add-on so it looked like the add-on was incorrectly removed from my available usage.
