CBC Gem and ICI TOU.TV premium subscriptions after cancelling Stream+

Hello,

I subscribed to Stream+ for a while and it also came with CBC Gem Premium and ICI TOU.TV Extra as free add-ons.

I recently cancelled my Stream+ membership, but I noticed that my CBC Gem Premium and ICI TOU.TV Extra subscriptions were still active at no cost.  However, I haven't been able to find any way to link my existing accounts with these services to my Koodo account - at least since my Stream+ membership ended.

Although ICI TOU.TV provides a link to Koodo for subscribers to complete the process, it takes me to the checkout page but when I go through the steps it takes me to a page saying “Thanks for your interest! To subscribe to Encontinu+ or Illico+: You'll need to have a mobility or internet plan first. To subscribe to YouTube Premium: You'll need to buy it with Stream+.” and nothing changes on the ICI TOU.TV side.

Is this a glitch, or is it just that I'm no longer eligible for CBC Gem Premium and ICI TOU.TV Extra since I'm no longer a Stream+ subscriber?

Based on what you said, it seems like you have an existing account for CBC Gem and ICI TOU.TV, but you do not have an active subscription for their premium services. In the meantime, I have flagged a rep to confirm this for you.

CBC Gem Premium through Koodo requires at least a Stream+ subscription, so once you cancelled Stream+ you're no longer eligible to add or re-link it. It's stated on the help page here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/cbcgemsupport, so the message you're hitting at checkout sounds like eligibility rather than a glitch.

Regarding Tou.tv, it should be available as long as you are a Koodo postpaid/internet customer. As of now, is your Koodo mobility is still active?

If you are still getting it for free when you are not suppose to, why are you trying to link it to your koodo account or change anything?  Dont touch, change or mess with anything if you are getting something for free when you are not suppose to.

I verified and I confirm that your Stream + subscription is no longer active, so the access to CBC Gem Premium should also be revoked. 

Regarding ICI.TOU TV - you should still be able to access it, please follow the steps on the page below but this time while opening the browser in incognito mode:
