Hi @Andrew Quinn

Just to double check, are you looking to remove Device Care for the device purchased a few days ago?

Have you tried to cancel/ remove it in incognito mode on your browser?

@Andrew Quinn Besides using incognito mode, have you also tried using a different browser or different device to login to your Koodo self serve to remove the add on? Sometimes trying these as well can help as self serve can be picky for some reason.

If that also doesn’t work, I can flag the rep back to the post to assist with removing the device care for you.

Ok, in that case I will flag a rep back to your post for you so that they can assist with removing the device care complete add on. Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can assist.

As response times on the community can vary as it depends on when a rep is online, you can also reach a rep to assist you with this issue through Koodo expert messaging which is available from 9am to 7pm local time on weekends or 9am to 9pm on weekdays. More on this can be found in the link: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-expert-messaging-faqs

Additionally, a rep through koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X can also remove the add-on. They can be reached by scrolling to the bottom of this page and selecting the associated logo to take you to the correct profile and sending them a direct message. After some time, a rep will respond.
