cannot select Perk option

Hi, 

I just new joined Koodo, but got a perk issue. When I selected  “3-Day Easy Roam International”, I got message “Your plan has been updated “ but I’ve never received any confirmation email. Also there is no perk selected. Would anyone be able to help  please? Thanks!

Hi ​@Cassandra Kwok please go through the change perk process and select a different free perk. Complete the change and then go through the process again to select the perk you wanted originally. We’ve seen this workaround resolve the issue for other customers.

Unfortunately, I’ve tried change process, and re-selected my original option. However it still didn’t work. Any idea? Thanks
