Cannot choose a perk

I am having the same problem as described here 

After switching the plan, I cannot add a perk. I think this is because my previous perk was “Unlimited international SMS”, which is now included with the new plan. I cannot remove that perk to add a new one. I want to add “3-Day Easy Roam International” as my free perk.

To clarify: I tried waiting a few days after switching the plan. I tried the incognito mode in Chrome as well. If I go through the changes, I get “Your plan has been updated!” but I get no confirmation email and changes do not stick.

Could you please assist with this?

Hi ​@nelli, we’ve attempted to add the $0 3-Day International Easy Roam perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!
