Cannot change free perk in self service

Hello, I tried to change the free perk to data rollover but it continuously shows “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.
Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat.”  Not sure how to deal with this?

Hi ​@Cokeson, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hello, I just checked my account but the $0 Rollover Data perk is still not added. Can you help me check again?

Hello ​@Cokeson We verified and we can see that the feature is present, however, it has a delay until it is updated in the pick your perk section. We have forwarded a request form in order for the dedicated team to look into it.
