Cannot change free perk in self service

Hello, I tried to change the free perk to data rollover but it continuously shows “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.
Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat.”  Not sure how to deal with this?

Hi ​@Cokeson, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hello, I just checked my account but the $0 Rollover Data perk is still not added. Can you help me check again?

Hello ​@Cokeson We verified and we can see that the feature is present, however, it has a delay until it is updated in the pick your perk section. We have forwarded a request form in order for the dedicated team to look into it.

I am having the same issue as well. Last month when I signed up for Koodo, I had someone (I think a Koodo rep) from this community add my perk because of issues. 

Again this month, I changed my perk to US 3 DAY ROAM 8-10 days ago well before my new billing period, and it even said successful and that I would get an email confirmation. I did not see an email(s) and I tried to change it 3-4 times and it still shows my old perk (Long distance 27 countries). I thought it would update to US 3 day roam once my new bill period has begun but that is not the case. 

 

Is someone from Koodo on here able to help me change my perk to US 3 DAY ROAM for it to take effect immediately? I changed it well before my new billing period but was unsuccessful. I am going to the US first week of May. PLEASE.

Are you changing it again to a different perk or did the first change not take?

The first change worked but a Koodo rep on this community had to do it for me in March.

Now I'm Changing it to a different perk (as allowed) from Long Distance 27 countries to >>> US 3 day roam. And I did it well before my new billing period begun but it does not seem like it has worked. Please help. I need it for first week of May. 

A bit of a troubling start with Koodo  as I can't self serve with the self serve... I signed up with Koodo with the assumption that I can change perks monthly.

Make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account.

Generally, when changing a perk it would come into effect the next bill cycle. However, when we attempted to provision the perk for you, the Long Distance Pack didn’t appear to be active, so it’s possible the new perk will come into effect immediately.

It still shows the long distance pack on my self serve account. Guess I'll check back in a few days. Appreciate your help!
