Cannot add Perk after changing plan

I recently changed my plan based on offerings from the flash sales that ended yesterday.  Previously I had 3 day international roam as my free perk.  Now my self serve has a notification to pick my perk, and it pre-selects 3 day international roam.  When I go to confirm, it now says “no perk selected”.

Hi there,

there seems to be a system glitch lately that is making it that people cannot choose a perk. I will flag a rep for you to attempt to add the perk on their end.

They will respond here as I have just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials. Note, response times can vary.

You’ll want to try clearing your browser cache and cookies for koodo.com. After that, log back into Self Serve using an incognito window and try adding the 3 day international roaming perk again. Make sure no existing perks like a conflicting travel pass for the same countries are still active because perks cannot stack if there is a destination overlap. You’ll want to wait 2 to 3 hours after a plan change for backend sync since flash sale changes can lag. If it still shows no perk selected, restart your phone to force a refresh. If you have no luck after 24 hours, finish the plan change without the perk first and add it later via koodo.com/chat or we can flag a rep for assitance here.

Hi there ​@LBJD In order to confirm, do you want the same 3 Day Easy Roam International perk going onwards?

If so, do you want it on all the numbers on the account ? If you want it on only one of them, you can share the last 2 digits in order to identify the number. For your privacy and security, do not include the full phone number.

Hi, yes I would like the three day easy roam international as the ongoing perk for both lines in the account.

We’ve attempted to add the $0 3-day Easy Roam International perk to your lines and we’re experiencing the same issue you mentioned. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

Hello, After selecting the free perk, my profile does not get updated either. I have 3 lines and specifically want to add the 3-day Easy Roam International perk to all of them but would specifically like it on the line with last 2 digits 43 as I will be traveling in a couple of weeks

We have tried to add the perk from our end but it was not successful, however we have submitted a request and it should be added in the backend within 3 business days on all 3 lines.

Please let us know in case the perk is not added.
