Cannot add free perk

Hi I am a new customer.  I am trying to add a free perk of 3 day easy roam International.  I added it in in self-service, but it never really registered.  I tried nearly 2 weeks now, nothing works, it keep saying I need to add a free perks.  Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi there,

this has been a common issue lately. Can you attempt to add a different perk and see if it adds successfully?

If it does, after it is added you should be able to change the perk to the one you want. If that does not work, let me know and I can flag a rep to attempt to add it on their end.

I tried and it does the same with another perks.
