Cannot add free perk

Hello, I’m encountering the same problem as many others. I am trying to add my free perk in Self-Serve (specifically 5G speed boost), but it will not register despite going through the adding process repeatedly.

I’ve tried various browsers, incognito/clearing cache, and adding different perks (the workaround some reps are saying to try), but none of them go through. Please help, I’ve been trying for over a week and it still hasn’t changed. I’m losing out on the features I signed up for when joining this plan :(

I signed in using self-serve credentials, so hoping a rep can assist me.

Hi @shazam, we’ve attempted to add the $0 5G Speed Boost perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hi @rmartel

Can you try adding a different perk first and see if it goes through? If it does let you choose a different one, you should then be able to change it to the perk you want.

If that doesn’t work, I can flag a rep back to your post to assist with adding the perk. 🙂

ah I see, thank you for trying. In that case I will flag a rep back to this post to assist.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can attempt to add the perk for you. 🙂

@rmartel

We have tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to.

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and this should take up to 3 business days.

We are sorry for the inconvenience created!
