How to pause or cancel my account im leaving canada already

That depends on if you have a postpaid or prepaid account. For cancelling:

If postpaid you can type in “Cancellation” within the chat bot prompt in Koodo assist after selecting mobility which can be found here. After following the rest of the prompts, a rep will assist you with the cancellation.

If you would prefer, you can also contact a rep through Koodos social media Pages Facebook and X to cancel the account. The correct pages can be found by clicking the associated logo at the bottom of this page. Note: for postpaid you will receive a final bill after cancelling. For Prepaid, you need to make sure that automatic payment has been removed from the account. The service will then continue until the end of the current 30-day period and then the account will be suspended due to non-payment. Once suspended, after 90 more days of non-payment, the account will close.

If you’re looking to pause the account, you can if it is postpaid by going on a seasonal hold plan for up to 6 months. This however cannot be done on prepaid. More on seasonal hold can be found here: Seasonal Hold plan | Koodo Mobile
