I’m trying to remove it but it’s not listed in my managed services per Koodo instructions. I can’t find it *anywhere* yet I’m getting charged for it. I have a call scheduled for tomorrow but I’m hoping to resolve this today. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Normally a Device Care Complete add-on is cancel by a representative at the request of the customer. I’ve verified your account and I do not see an active Device Care Complete with us. 

The device seems to be purchased at a Best Buy location. They also have their separate protection plan that is not charged through KOODO. 

As it is not a service provided by us, you would have to get in touch with them in order to proceed with the cancelation.
