I am prepaid card user, I paid $25 for Unlimited text international, i am traveling outside Canada at the moment, and I cant get any sms from Canada

+4Unfortunately Koodo prepaid only works in Canada and the US. If you are traveling Internationally, you won’t be able to receive text messages or use your line.
Unlimited international texting means you can text TO anywhere in the world FROM Canada, not the other way around...
+4I’m afraid not… once your plan is activated, the funds are gone. If you are not planning to come back to Canada, I suggest you cancel auto pay (if you have that enabled) and just let your plan expire.
