I have no tab and don’t want a bunch of data I won’t use. I want a starter plan but don’t see a way to get one. Can I cancel my account and return to Koodo to get a starter plan? Is there an easier way? I’ve been trying to get ahold of a human for support but have had no help. Terrible customer service.
You don’t have to cancel, all you have to do is contact Koodo directly either by schedule a callback or chat with a rep via Facebook or Twitter messaging.
I have tried to schedule a callback and it keeps redirecting me to Koodo Assist and things online, I can’t get an actual callback. I can message their facebook page to connect with a rep?
