I am a new Koodo customer having just purchased a new phone and plan.  How long do you have to wait before you can buy another phone and add another a line?  I’ve read it’s 45 days. Does that start the day you purchased first phone, the day phone was shipped or the day I received my phone?

They had some restriction but I believe it was for online order and if you ordered a phone with it. I recommend you try yourself in selfserve to see if you can add it right now. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/add-a-line


It’s 45 days to upgrade or buy another phone on a new line.

 

If you want to just add-a-line with no phone, then you can do that right away
