Same with me, my mom and my dad. They are blocking us from changing our plan. This is extremely scummy and I will be looking for alternatives.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues changing your plan.

Just to double check, when you try changing your plan in self serve, are you getting the same message as in the thread below that the plan can be changed only once per billing cycle?

Yes and it’s the same for all people I know with Koodo. Non of us did any changes except for you raising our bills from 40 to 49$. Changing our price and then keeping us from changing our plan. I have been a Koodo customer for a while but I think I am done with Koodo I will be having us all change for now.
