Hi I have changed plans and have moved to a different provider having a credit on my account will I receive a check in the mail from you guys

Were you a postpaid customer? If you were, they would send a cheque to your address on Koodo account before the cancellation. If you setup pre-authorization payment in the Koodo account, they will deposit money into that.
