Asia Travl Pass 14-day renewal

I am taking a 28 day trip to Asia and was told by Koodo customer service before leaving Canada that I could re-add the Asia 14-day travel pass to my account after the first 14-days but self serve will not let me.

Yes but because I already had a asia14 travel pass for the first 14 days of my trip on file it would not let me add another one. I was able to connect to a Koodo rep via Koodo assist #AssistSS using wifi instead of data. They removed the old current travel pass and I was able to add a new one. Thank you!

Just to double check, if you try to remove the current one first in self serve, under Mobile services → Manage add ons, are you getting any error?

Yes, it tells me to connect to a rep via Koodo assist but then it gives me another error and is unable to connect me to a rep.

Have you tried texting ASIA14 to 7626?
