if i have applecare+ for my iphone 11 dose that cover broken screen or screen replacement

They considered “broken screen” as accidental damage (it wasn't from the manufacturer), you would have to pay a fee (lower than the fee without apple care+) to get it replaced. More here https://www.apple.com/ca/support/products/iphone/
