Website say I need to activate but when I click on it to activate I get the message this subscription through Stream+ plan has already been activate but website still showing not activated

Have you tried on a different browser or clearing cache and cookies in your current browser?

If you are still experiencing issues with activating Apple TV+, we suggest removing and re-adding Stream+.
