I signed up today for Stream. I have a Netflix account and it has linked successfully. I was also able to access discovery. When I finally got signed in to Apple, I am being advised that it is only valid for 7 days. Is the service not included in Stream? I do not have an Apple account.

Apple TV is included. SInce you do not have an existing Apple TV account, you need log in to Self Serve and activate your Apple TV+ account
