I have the free 3 month Amazon Prime offer activated but want to know how to cancel. I don’t intend to use it after the trial period. How do I cancel?

Hi there,
Standalone Amazon Prime can usually be found under your plan add-ons in your Koodo self serve. When you’re finished with the trial and don’t want to continue, you can remove the add-on by following the steps here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons
If you don’t see Amazon Prime there, it will then be under the “Subscriptions” tab of Koodo self-serve instead. If found there, you can remove it by going to the subscriptions tab and selecting “manage” and it will allow you to cancel the subscription.
