(also) Trying to renew travel pass but there is no option to

Just to confirm, did you also go to remove the pass in your self-serve add-ons and does it say to contact a rep?

Just make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and a rep can look into removing and re-adding your 7 day USA pass. Note that response times can vary, but they will respond here as I have. 🙂

Hi there, ​@Marsipou ! To confirm, are you sure you want to renew the 7-day Pass? I saw you mentioned you have to renew twice. With the regular 7-day Pass, you’d pay $40x2= $80.

We also have a 14-day USA Travel pass for $60, check the prices on the page below:
