I am currently outside of Canada. I have been charged for the air time when no calls made or received. The usage shows 99999 ROAM/VOY.

How to dispute these charges as there is no live chat and am outside Canada?

The 99999 code isn't a real number. Koodo used it to denote an event triggering the start of an easyroam 24h period. It could be a sent sms, a call, or a data usage by the phone.

I suggest you check the usage report and see what happened.

The above snapshot is from Air Time Usage. Nobody received the call or any call made while roaming. Please help.

Were you near the US border at that time?

I am in India now.

Since Nov 23, 2021 in India now.

Did you use data? Or send a text?

Neither outgoing text or data were used after landed in India i.e. after Nov 23, 2021.

@Neil P  - Dinh and Robert are correct, the 99999 code that shows up is how Self Serve demonstrates that Easy Roam has been triggered.

Any day you see a call to 99999 show up, means there was either a call, text or data that went through the network. You should be able to see what exactly triggered it within your usage.

Keep in mind that you won’t be charged for incoming calls or texts unless you pick up or respond. Calling your voicemail will also trigger an Easy Roam charge. It’s also important to remember to turn off Data and Data Roaming to make sure your phone doesn’t try connecting to data in the background.

You can find everything there is to know about Easy Roam here.

As per your instructions, attached are the snapshots from the usage. No details other than these found in the account/usage.

I believe, the charges made are simply not correct. Please investigate in detail.

Have you also checked data and SMS?

@Neil P - I went ahead and deleted the screenshots that showed your phone number since this is a public forum. In all, I see four Easy Roam charges so far that were caused by a few phone calls and some data.

You should be able to see the specific phone calls within the same usage list you screenshotted above and the exact amount of data that was used throughout your trip in your Self Serve data usage.

Since this is a public forum,  and to protect your privacy, I’ll send you a list of dates your phone was used via private message.
